Goals are set in a treatment plan
Once the problems are identified and diagnosed then goals are set which are to be achieved through the treatment plan. These goals are set for the maximum recovery of patient suffering from problems.
The time period for the achievement of goals is also set in the treatment plan. When goals are set then alternate ways to achieve such goals are created and they are mentioned in the treatment plan. That gives a chance to change course during the implementation of things if hurdles appear in achieving goals.
