The essence of purchase order is that it’s an offer to purchase made by the purchaser to the seller. The purchaser clearly mentions the product details, quantity and price on the purchase order so that the seller accepts it if the offer seems feasible to the seller.

Purchase order form is empty but when the purchaser fills it, he/she adds the prices of products on that also. The same is sent to the seller and if the seller feels comfortable then accepts it to make it a contract.
